We show that degeneration in the Ndufs4 optic neuropathy model unfolds in three phases: early immune activation, a cell-autonomous degeneration phase, and a later non-cell-autonomous propagation phase

We explored the roles of Let-7 in cortical development, and we found a novel mechanism by which Let-7 regulates migration independently of cell fate specification. And this was SO much fun! Don't forget to check out the time-lapse data. It's always my favorite
