What about Trump's tax returns? Remember those?

I dunno. If Trump and Hegseth were only issuing *legal* orders, why should they even care that a group of Democrats reminded the military that they didn’t have to follow *illegal* ones?

And Mone's was only 1 of as a many as 100 similar corruption incidents under Johnson's govt.
The corruption scandal, covertly exposed of course by the CIA, which has threatened to topple Zelenskyy's govt; weakened its position in peace talks; and is the biggest corruption scandal in Ukrainian history, is smaller ($100m) than just the one Tory PPE corruption scandal of Baroness Mone.

Trump is a "man of peace".

I'm in pieces! I'm all for giving peace a chance, but this is really taking the peace!

That might be only because you were mistaken about things, rather than flawed as Johnson and Trump are.

But what do I know?

This illustrates quite well what happens when you put someone of very limited intelligence in a powerful public office.
Hargett suggested that libraries that made such books available to children were violating federal and state law. Some libraries have closed for days so staff could focus on weeding out prohibited volumes.

As Farage already has only one ball, he is at least half way to qualifying for leadership of the British Fatherland, the new Reich.

But, if he becomes PM, must we call him Führer?
I am not surprised to read that Farage was prominent in his school's CCF. I imagine that pretending to be a military officer and all that marching around the playground would have had much appeal for him.
I went to school, at a different elite school and an earlier time, with people who did much the same things as the allegations made against Farage .

Also, the CCF is the school's "combined cadet force" (the author seems unaware of that) which replicates the UK military structure for the schoolboys.

My experience is the opposite, tbh. People can change and often do. Me for example: total bellend when I was a student, but consequences and life kicked that out of me.

Farage's issue, I think, is a lack of any real consequence. Constantly rewarded for being a tosser. So he hasn't changed.

This also applies to Boris 'constantly sacked, but rewarded for that, with promotions' Johnson.

Why would these people ever grow, learn and evolve?
