As a corollary to this: there are a lot of artists who will black-list you from BUYING art if you have AI slop in your profile. Seeing AI is an instant, immediate red flag for most artists because it's a signal that you do not respect artists (yes, that includes using it "until I can get real art").

Your task, as an actor, is as follows:

- When life happens, process and archive
- When consuming media, put on that character's boots and see their POV
- ACTIVELY engage with non-acting aspects of life and SEEK elements that add to the self-awareness
- Have fun and play

I agree with OP. AI-generated placeholders in any department (art, design, music, voice, writing, etc.) are assets that already went through the generation process and the training on other artists' data. That is where the damage happens. You can't reverse it or 'scratch' it. It's done.
