sincerely feels SO gratifying to figure out a word that youre stumped on. esp when it just Clicks. i think the serotonin i got from figuring out the word used to describe both Chopped's hair and also while in hiding from That Red Bitch will get me through my next three work shifts
in other news. finished homicipher ch2 last night before conking out. my dictionary is looking Very nice thus far, if not with some pretty major holes (and prob several wrong answers lmfao)

Why am I so against generative AI in games?
Because I simply do not want my initial reaction to art to be one of suspicion and scrutiny, AI slop is fundamentally damaging my relationship to art and artistry, and I am deeply resentful that it is forcing me to be guarded when I should be wowed.

Since video game companies keep lying about usage of gen AI, I think this should be brought up again.
I use it on my store page, and it's easy to see at a quick glance on the right hand sidebar.

"No one is angry about games not containing gen AI" is such a hell of a good point. It is incredibly off-putting to many customers, an absolute deal-breaker, yet there is no flip side to that, no consumer base clamouring for it, no demand. They can only try to wear people down into accepting it.
I saw this and had two thoughts,
No one is angry about games not containing gen AI, so if you wanna avoid being a part of the conversation it's easy.
