I took a food coma nap ama
And yet out of all them this was my favorite of the bunch. Buttery, flakey, and lamb that was infused with so much complex flavor that my first bite made me put my fork down and just focus. The sauce and mint made it all feel light and refreshing. I could eat this every day.

This dish was a very surprising punch of flavor. The sell of the dish sounded interesting but i was a little wary. The tomato sauce with the pork and beef combined with the spicy gochujang made for a tang i wanted again and again. A shocker that i happily engulfed quickly.

The instant i took a sip of broth with a bite of the wonton, i felt so warmed. This hit during a cold day, and the way it had the wontons act like little curry bombs was magical to me. I tried to not just eat every one instantly.

These were delicious with juicy chicken and the walnut sauce bringing a hearty nutiness that really ties it all together. The only downside being without sauce it was a tad dry but mixing together knocked it out. 4/5 total.
