The USA is no longer a reliable ally for Europe. We must build a European defence capability which is totally independent of the Americans. It will cost European taxpayers to do so, but we must stop fooling ourselves that Trump would ever honour the NATO article 5 commitment.

I’m sure others have noticed this exchange between Michael Wolff and Epstein about exorbitant price Rybolovlev’ paid to Trump for his the Palm Beach Mansion and suspicious trades with MBS - but how many have twigged that Rybolovlev is part of the current Ukraine negotiating team?

DHS should be embarrassed that their ICE agent hires are so soft they can’t handle being videotaped, even while masked, so they resort to pepper spraying women at close range.

DHS doesn’t even bother trying to lie well. The man whose skull was shattered told the hospital he’d been struck by ICE officers, an ICE officer told hospital staff the guy “got his sh*t rocked,” then when it became clear how badly he was injured, they claimed he deliberately ran into a wall.
