Meanwhile, data centers are sucking up communities’ water and electricity.

Yeah there are the hormonal IUDs (Mirena, Kyleena), and then the copper IUD (no hormones).
I take the copper cause the hormonal ones messed me up too.

Yeah I actually can’t take any hormones at all (I use copper IUD).
Pretty much all of them make me severely depressed / anxious.

Idk I thought I should mention it as it was one of the most elusive diagnoses for me.

No matter the reason, I hope you can get some rest tonight. <3

(I don’t really know) but we seem to have a lot of the same conditions… have they ever checked you for PMDD? It’s a diagnosis I missed for many years, and it goes with ADHD / ASD.

Not that everything isn’t awful by itself. But my PMDD paired with it all makes me cry a lot.

Every policy has tradeoffs. There's no such thing as a policy that doesn't hurt *someone* somewhere. Governance is the art of the lesser evil and always will be.

Do least harm, do most good. Period.
