I'm really scared to write today, and worn down and angry about other life things, but this is just to say I'm going to write anyway. I hope you can do the same.

I hope we Americans can let go of our desire to be the individual Chosen One who leads the rebellion and punches every Nazi. Organizing is hard, it takes experience and resources and time. Stop fantasizing about being a superhero. Start joining existing groups and be part of collective action.
