In September, the U.S. military attacked a Venezuelan speedboat carrying 11 people. “I totally support his strategy,” Machado said. “And I’ve said on behalf of the Venezuelan people that we are very grateful. I think it is the right thing to do. It’s courageous. It’s visionary.

FWIW, my wife is Venezuelan and I have family and friends living in Venezuela who are dealing with all the shit. I wish there was something we could, but a Trump invasion is not it for so many reasons, plus now we have our own fight here. Nobel's slap against worldwide authoritarian pushes one step.
