CSS is so powerful now, it's amazing looking through older CSS and seeing what can be replaced with a one-liner. I'm on the hunt for snippets that used to be multiple lines of CSS that can now be done in one. Show me what you got!

I extended my experimentation with the CSS holographic effects, now with 7 new images and gradients ✨

The effect doesn't work on iOS Safari, so I've attached a video too 😊 #CSS

Making websites smaller has tangible effects on the environment.

444 stars is a really nice number! I never expected so much interest when I first published this starter, but then again, @bell.bz's underlying CSS system is just fantastic!

This talk by @bell.bz is gold imo

As a freelancer, you're expected to slot into an organisation and keep things moving with minimal friction. Keeping your head down and plowing through will only get you so far though and, to do great work, you have to prioritise planning & communication over coding
Next as part of our "every Monday" (assuming that Monday is any day of the week) on the #FFConf video release, @bell.bz speaks about communication. Andy does a great job of contrasting exchanges that can be tweaked from horrible & lazy, to, well, not crap: youtu.be/tHtFiciT2tQ?...

I love making websites for and with creative people, so that their work comes across in harmony with their personality. Alberto is a Spanish singer songwriter, and I recommend a listen, if you like some good pop/indie folk!

Got up early to get things done, then spent that time searching for the source of an error that wasn't there yesterday, and that of course I introduced myself first thing. Should have just stayed in bed

With e-invoicing becoming mandatory in the EU next year, I'm currently building a small invoice and customer manager with Eleventy - I've never enjoyed writing invoices more!
I'll make sure to share my learnings in an article next year.
