Something that GLS does that no other delivery company does but totally could: tell you how many stops away your delivery is, and update the time accordingly.

More and more CA wineries use GLS and it’s always better than UPS or FedEx.

I would send them a draft of my forthcoming one star review as well as reach out to Air BnB’s customer service.

Also would do some aggressive asking about how they suspected I was late in checking out. They have to disclose any security cameras and their location.

I’m not sure what to think of this.

We rented an Air B&B.

The place had a plumbing problem that was repaired.

When checking out, we attempted to clean up some of the water mess.

We were perhaps five minutes late checking out.

Nobody was there.

Now we’re being charged $500 as a late fee🤷‍♂️
