I keep thinking Jake Tapper is going to do a week long special about the decline of Biden. Perhaps digging into his years during the Obama administration where it was OBVIOUS he began to fall apart but the DNC, headed by Obama tried to stretch the Obama years of CONTROL by pushing him onward.
