This is a great idea! Caregivers are under recognized - they help the system so much and help protect the safety of those that are vulnerable living with dementia. Wish we did this in Canada and especially at LTC Homes.

I recently spoke at a conference where I explained how the word resilience has been weaponized by many employers to justify unhealthy and toxic work environments.

Please, don’t fall for it anymore. We don’t need resilience training. We need healthy work environments. Thank you.
