I always thought that James Van Der Beek deserved a bigger career after The Rules of Attraction, where he gave such a ballsy, audacious+fearless performance as Sean Bateman. He got to show what he could do but sadly didn’t seem to get those opportunities again, I wish he had. R.I.P.

The fact that he’s still wheeling out this shit when people are speaking out against literal fascism is wild, but he knows what side his bread is buttered because he only has right wing fans left.

Lovely afternoon at Riverside Studios in Hammersmith watching some Hancock classics with my Dad who introduced me to the lad himself’s work when I was just 5 years old many moons ago.

The Times false headline:

“Nearly 100 arrests after pro-Palestinian protesters breach London jail”

There was no “breach”. They entered the public entrance through an open gate. A few entered the public lobby via an open door. Nobody was asked to leave.

They are not “Palestine Action protesters”.

They did not “storm” anything. They entered via the public entrance through an open gate.

Starmer plans to attack the only Jewish party leader over antisemitism.

He wants to attack Zack Polanski for challenging Britain's role as lapdog to Donald Trump.

What does this tell us?

Labour is very rattled - and they absolutely should be.

People like this want people to quietly allow Trump to have them marched into camps. When does the fight back start?! When his goons have already killed everyone else?!
Violence only helps Trump & may provide him an excuse to further trample our rights by invoking the Insurrection Act.

A list of my personal favourite Alan Clarke films/television plays. Apologies to Penda’s Fen fans everywhere but the fact that it didn’t quite make my top 10 only goes to show what a brilliant talent Clarke truly was.
