The NY judge ruled that the child rape case against Epstein and Trump had merit (judge did not view it as a hoax.) E* & T were due in hearing together in Dec, 2016. Court case evaporated because in Nov, 2016, Trump was elected president. "Terrorized," the survivor, by then a young woman. backed out.

Court docs are very graphic. 2016 Johnson had to go into hiding after lives of whole family were threatened. Later on she received a settlement from Epstein Estate (along with 30 others victims), they all had to sign nondisclosure agreements to receive their money
