#kidlit illustration in the style of children's book. There are three panels. (1) Shows a gnome drowning in pond and goose swimming toward (2) Gnome is on goose's back with other gnomes around showing its town which is full of forest, bushes, green, and autumn leaves. (3) goose is rewarded with a large basket of red berries with everyone around.

Been struggling with illustrating lately; anything beyond initial sketches. Finally it is starting to feel relaxing and fun again. Playing around with how to render a new illustration. A critique partner suggested taking small parts instead of tackling the whole. That has helped! #wip #kidlitart
