After losing one of my best friends to s*icide, it was a way of tackling that grief the best way I knew how & how I ultimately approach those who come and go in our lives.

The vibes of this latest season of US Traitors are OFFFF.
I've watched so many seasons of this show and this season has been by far my least favourite.
I typically enjoy the all-celebrity seasons, but this one is just not...it. LOL

Thinking tonight about how my people read the night sky for their very survival and freedom. The stars helped guide us to safety. And we used our relationship with nature to get to freedom. Nature helped free us.

I started putting peanuts out in the backyard a few years ago to try and befriend the local crow community.
It instead attracted the local Scrub Jay and squirrel community and that's cool. But I still hope that one of these days the crows will catch on.
