I see some book piracy discourse, and, to make a positive argument in favor of buying books, your marginal ability to influence what books get published and support the careers of writers you like is massive compared to most other forms of media.

Working on a new project! Here’s a bit of a sound effect process for a character, uh, expelling something from their body. I’ve been leaning on ComiCraft’s “Whatchamacallit” font for SFX on this project and love the classic style it gives off.
