Lest this be misconstrued: I don’t hate turkey by any means. (And my fam does make good turkey!)
But IMO the best parts of it are: the ceremony of the whole thing, the sandwiches after, and the carcass gumbo after that. For *just plain eating of meat* — sorry, I prefer roast chicken. 🤷🏻♀️
