The already heart-rending Say Hello, Wave Goodbye takes on cinematic reach here. They were one of the few, pre-house era English groups (outside of hip hop remixers) to fully grasp the artistic liberation offered by the extended mix: i.e. not just mere extension:

Did they get back to you? I have a builder on call. We took on a massive renovation project a few years ago, still on going, and it's handy as I know how hard it is to get quotes, arborists are my nemeses.
