As the federal administration moves at a breakneck pace to destroy public protections, which will only raise costs and worsen health for NYers, baby steps aren't enough. But pushing on the PSC hasn't solved the problem.

We have a solution to make utilities affordable—it's called NY HEAT. If we're serious about keeping costs low, we should pass it in the budget.
