Sometimes when I’m doing the kitchen activities I can coax her in briefly w cheese & encouraging language. Some things like the toaster or aluminum foil she can’t abide. I introduced a clicker for training last week & she flinched! She didn’t run but she flinched every time. Verbal cues only for P.

We don’t know why bc she’s a rescue but whenever someone gets kitchen tools out Posie runs for safety. If I’m sitting she will come to me. If I’m doing the kitchen-ing she goes upstairs until it’s over. DH is making brunch & she’s tucking against me bc scary #corgicrew
