A late night out with friends and a thumbs up from Lucius brings him to Kraken’s Delights, a custom silicone adult toy webstore. After being intimidated by most of the fantasy toys, and not knowing what half of the other items even are, he goes for a fairly normal toy. While checking out, he’s given the offer to add a small mystery toy for free. He figures why not and goes for it. It’s the best experience in the bedroom of his life. He writes a long (non-graphic) review/thank you email to ‘Ed’, who made and put together his order, according to the card that came in the package. Ed, owner and head designer of Kraken’s Delights, has never gotten a review like this before. He remembers putting together the order, but never expected anything like this. Messages are exchanged and a chance meeting brings these two face to face. mock postcard that reads: Thank you for your purchase! Your purchase helps support a small queer business. We hope you love your new toy and that it brings you joy for many years to come! (pun intended) If you have any questions or problems, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Your order was made by Ed

Stede often thinks back on that night in the top. Unfamiliar and soft leather on his skin, warm brandy on his tongue, the smell of spiced tobacco permeating every breath. It was as if the sea had risen with them when Ed's waves caught the moonlight just right. They still do.
