compulsory voting is great, you can donkey vote, sure, but chances are if you're being offered a democracy sausage you're just going to vote for the one you can deal with. otherwise you risk not bothering if neither party measures up to your standards. good enough is sometimes good enough.

I have come to a grinding halt today because I have a follow-up ultrasound this afternoon on my non-cancer boob. I am frozen. I am so scared they are going to ask to biopsy it again and that I won't have the gumption to say no.
