Thank you so much, Jordan! That is really kind of you to say. So many folks have used Pyramid Arcade to make their own game designs that we have a place for those folks to share them even: looneypyramids.wiki/wiki/Main_Page

If you are a game designer of any kind, board game, ttrpg, video game, whatever… you really owe it to yourself to get a copy of Pyramid Arcade. Not only does it come with a ton of great games, it is the single greatest sandbox for design imaginable.

It’s one game that will never leave my collection

Did you know Lunar Invaders is adapted from Cosmic Coasters, a game Andy designed to be played in a bar with coins for game pieces, boards printed on drink coasters, & Rock-Paper-Scissors for combat resolution? 15 years later, he adapted it to Lunar Invaders! Have you played yet?
Making the Game: Lunar Invaders written next to the Lunar Invaders logo with a quote below that reads, "Lunar Invaders is adapted from Cosmic Coasters, which I designed as a game to be played in a bar... 10 years later, I adapted the rules to work with pyramids, but 5 years after that I did a major overhaul." - Andy Looney with an image of Lunar Invaders in play and the Looney Labs logo below with a tan background with light pyramids

Tim & Alex pulled an old copy of Cathedral by Mattel off the shelf at game night recently. They enjoyed the the very satisfying aesthetics of this classic as they strategized in this abstract city-builder. What are your favorite classic tabletop games? #WhatDidYouPlayMondays

Cthulhu Fluxx might be my favorite theme. It really shows off the flexibility of the core Fluxx engine with the doom mechanism and the secret cultist, giving it a little flavor of cooperation and betrayal.
