I sometimes see people recommending The Expanse with a caveat along the lines of "you have to stick it out until episode X" and I'm like... What are you talking about?? This show had me IMMEDIATELY.

My family definitely had/has some of those clip-on birds with the brushy tail and my family's tree topper looked like one of those growing up too. That company must have made those for a while, because I'm sure our stuff didn't date to the 30s.

It's uhhh... not going well, friends lolsob. Might just have to send something more abstract instead.
My previous holiday cards didn't have snow in them because I have no idea how to draw snow. I am very ambitiously hoping to include snow this year.... perhaps they'll be done by next December :P
I keep meaning to start drawing this year's holiday card, but then I keep not actually doing that, so yea, uhh. My cards will be late (again) :P

What's a casual everyday horror you've just accepted you'll have to deal with for the rest of your days? One of mine is finding out my shirt is riding up when I'm doing something in the kitchen and the bare skin of my abdomen makes contact with the permanently icy countertop.

I can't believe it's early December and I didn't consider the possibility it was Sinterklaas! Let's see if there's something in my shoe tomorrow morning.....
