I've said this before: a Michelle Yeoh + Ming-Na Wen sapphic John Wick/Equalizer type movie where they're retired spies or assassins or whatever, living a quiet life when something happens that causes them to have to go kill a BUNCH of dudes.

I see some book piracy discourse, and, to make a positive argument in favor of buying books, your marginal ability to influence what books get published and support the careers of writers you like is massive compared to most other forms of media.

When I moved here, I bought a few needed furniture items. One of them was an alleged comfy chair, which was meant to be my version of a third space: somewhere to spend time in that isn't the desk or the bed.
