Today's #TeaOnTrains I'm off to Wrexham to meet one of our Improvement in Action graduates and soon to be Improvement Advisor learners, to mentor her in providing Improvement coaching to a team in her division. Looking forward to seeing her and meeting the project team today!

A1: The desire to have every patient leave my surgery with a smile was my pull into the #QIWorld.
