Roberts did the same exact thing when he gutted the Voting Rights Act. There were years worth of Congressional hearings and research that he just waived away and replaced with his ignorant arm chair opinion. It would have gotten a big fat F had it been an undergrad term paper.

Which proves over and over again that SCOTUS is mostly a corrupt institution, and the six "justices" involved, especially Roberts himself, are completely bought and paid for. Money and power are their considerations, not the Constitution that they are sworn to uphold. It's disgusting!
