Will he cancel the contract for NHS data services with Palantir? If not why not given the BMAs resolution from last year and the concerns of others such as Amnesty Int'l, Good Law Project & Green Party of company's role in surveillance and warfare & links to ICE in US www.bma.org.uk/bma-media-ce...

The Epstein files reveal it’s β€œnot just about individual failure. It’s ideological fraud too.A politics that claims to defend women while refusing to confront the systems that enable abuse is not protection: it’s a strategy”

Farage, you’ve gone quiet but we see you

Gordon Brown was probably the best PM we've had in the last 50 years. I dont agree with him on some of his policies, and he didnt always get things right, but I do think he always took public service extremely seriously!

PS he was right about that bigoted woman, but he was right to apologise too.

Prince of Darkness is showing his true colours....and its Vantablack

Thank you! (For the efforts and for sharing the link).

Of course they are open minded, theyre a pragmatic institution. I wouldnt count any chickens before theyre hatched on this one. Just because theyre listening doesnt mean they'll agree. We should just cut the crap and apply to rejoin the EU!

Yep, its not like there's not enough reasons to despise Farage anyway.

2/2 Dont get me wrong, questions should be asked of Labour politicians, but dont get distracted by Sarwar and let Farage and his cabal of charlatans in the back door in May, we dont want to make the same mistake that Wales did!
February 3, 2026 at 8:41 AM
Just so long as Farage is facing calls to disclose all his private communications with people he knows who were in the Epstein files too, you know like the convicted felon and man found to have sexually assaulted a woman; Trump, or Bannon who pleaded guilty to decrauding donors. 1/2

Who could have predicted that the Prince of Darkness was in fact a prince of darkness? Clearly not anyone who bothered to listen to competant journalists decades ago!
1. In 2009 I wrote this. I argued that Peter Mandelson's department β€œfunctions as a fifth column within government, working for corporations to undermine democracy and the public interest.”
This thread explains what I saw, and reaches a startling conclusion.🧡

The British government’s business department exists to undermine democracy.

Just imagine the difference it would have made if women were respected and routinely believed instead of considering them liars. This country and America's rape/sexual assault statistics are shameful and make these crimes functionally legal with only 1-2% of reported crimes ending in convictions.
February 3, 2026 at 7:53 AM
The question is why would the person the person do it, to make Farage look good, or to make him look bad? Either is possible. I would be just as wary of falling into either trap.

Even if true it was still incredibly naive

Do you know what the worst thing about all this is? That absolutely nothing will happen to Mandleson in the end. He may quietly drift out of the everyday hussle and bustle of political life, but that will be it. No real consequences.
February 2, 2026 at 8:46 PM
The rank hypocrisy of Jenkyns and Reform is mind blowing, but not surprising. Marina has hit the nail on the head. Trump has been found in a court to have sexually assaulted a woman and yet stoney silence from Reform. Reform dont give a flying fuck about women/girls they just want to whip up hatred.
February 2, 2026 at 5:03 PM
Exactly, didnt he promise in his manifesto to restore trust in politics and tackle sleaze? This would be an ideal opportunity!

Mandleson has an ego the size of a whole planetary system, hes not going to give up what he feels he deserves willingly!

Yes, we do. (Its a silly question tbh.)
