Vollkommen richtig @lukaslehner.bsky.social . Die beste Pensionspolitik ist Arbeitsmarktpolitik. Österreich muss mehr in Arbeitsmarktpolitik investieren und auch die Betriebe mehr in die Pflicht nehmen, damit sie Älteren eine Chance geben. Derzeit beschäftigen 30 % aller Betriebe keine Älteren.
Österreich hat die Beschäftigung älterer Menschen deutlich gesteigert: ein Plus von 20 Prozentpunkten in 15 Jahren. Mit den richtigen Rahmenbedingungen ist noch deutlich mehr möglich - unabhängig vom gesetzlichen Pensionsantrittsalter.
