Steigt die Arbeitslosigkeit, wird es für ältere Arbeitssuchende besonders schwer, einen Job zu finden.

Die Aktion 55+ ist eine innovative Ankündigung im Regierungsprogramm. Offen bleibt die Umsetzung.

Um effektiv zu sein, sollte das Programm auf Erfahrungen wie der Marienthal Jobgarantie aufbauen.

Vollkommen richtig @lukaslehner.bsky.social . Die beste Pensionspolitik ist Arbeitsmarktpolitik. Österreich muss mehr in Arbeitsmarktpolitik investieren und auch die Betriebe mehr in die Pflicht nehmen, damit sie Älteren eine Chance geben. Derzeit beschäftigen 30 % aller Betriebe keine Älteren.
