The worldbuilding for this anime is so stupid and insane I love it. At first it's like "oh okay it's Sengoku era Japan with giant robots" but then it's like no, the "west" and the "east" are separate planets and the West is ruled by a malevolent, Sauron-esque version of King Arthur

Watching people play 'Backbone' (later renamed to 'Tails Noir') got me in the mood for furry noir, so I drew Seraphine Mangetout (the polar bear) investigating paranormal shenanigans.
One year later, I was able to recreate that exact scene in a ttrpg session I ran. ^^
