Here’s the thing about healthcare premiums about to skyrocket: they will never come back down, short of a complete overhaul of our system for universal healthcare. Which clearly won’t happen bc of all the money tied up between health and politics.

Normally Veterans day is quite busy for restaurants, given the whole free food to Vets thing. In the past wait times have been like maybe an hour. This year the wait is WAY over 2hrs and it's been this way all day at every place I have tried. It's actually terrifying how food insecure Veterans are.

Trump tanked the recovered economy President Obama handed to him.

President Biden had to dig us out of a destroyed economy Trump handed to Biden.

Rooting against your country in a lawsuit is a new experience but here we are.
In September, federal agents swarmed a Hyundai manufacturing site, detaining more than 500 workers, including more than 300 from South Korea.

Now, nearly 200 detainees are preparing to sue ICE, alleging human rights violations and unlawful arrest.
These South Korean workers came to the US to build an EV battery plant. They left in shackles. They still want to know why
ICE agents raided, arrested workers at a Georgia battery factory in September.

From street marches to court battles to the ballot box - we’ve challenged the power of this exceptionally unpopular president.

The lesson from each success we've had is that we need to ramp the political pressure up, always up, not back down, now more than ever.

I was wondering why not one other Republican House Rep has stepped forward and did the right thing and said, “Give me that petition. I’ll sign it.” Only 4 so far.
Republican = Betrayal
This is why the whole GOP Party must be dismantled. The name is a stain. Many of them ”must” be tried for Treason.

Exactly this. The US used to be a steady partner and the most coveted market. Now? Who will ever trust us again? Our institutions are apparently helpless against a cabal of greedy unprincipled people
Trump's tariffs are hurting us in two ways:

First, the obvious: Higher costs → either lower profits or higher prices.

Second, more subtle (perhaps bigger): We’ve signaled we’re an unreliable partner, so allies are reorganizing supply chains to avoid us. That's hard to unwind.
