My town has a pre-release event for all the new stuff. For $40usd you can get enough card packs to make a deck so im doing that. My partner plays so he knows those kind of things thank goodness.

IDK what happened but at my 1st convention EVER (a decade ago) he yelled no pictures at me because he thought I was taking his photo when I was posing with another person in a Trek costume. He even made his handler walk over and check that I hadn't taken his picture. He was on the main floor btw...

And the UK! As I just discovered at the post office - tried to send two batches of signed bookplates off, only to be told the UK has suspended all mail to the US, including parcels, letters, and even postcards (!). Cheapest alternative courier option was... £26.00. For one standard-sized envelope.

Found the most beautiful black racer snake in my yard today. Probably about 3 or 4 ft. Super healthy cutie. I put it behind my chicken coop to eat all the rodents that want to eat their food, and if it eats an egg or two, well he/she earned it for being such a good pest control animal.
