He wasn't perfect, but Joe Biden kept trying to be better. The ME is not easy, and we don't know how much he actually did to restrain Netanyahu. Congress held the purse, and too many people were bought and paid for. It's always more than one thing. He almost had a ceasefire that he would have kept.
