Thinking about how to build out an overworld map that isn't a nightmare to maintain for Cosmic Jam and hmmm. Lots of ideas, but they all seem at least a little annoying. Gonna have to play some Super Mario World and see if it triggers anything.

Everyone in my industry is proclaiming StackOverflow as dead in favor of AI, but I just found an answer to an extremely esoteric question on StackOverflow and it was asked/answered only 9 months ago. We should return to a question/answer forum and maybe just make it less toxic by default.

At this point, Far Cry games should ship with a mode that's "I don't care about your story that you also didn't care about, so just let me wander around an area attacking bases and upgrading my weapons and don't bother me with whatever nonsense cutscenes are supposed to chain this together"
