There are many criticisms you might sensibly and truthfully make of the Sentencing Council and the Sentencing Guidelines. I’ve been making them for years.

To all those saying we don't know what Labour's vision is etc etc, can I suggest you read the 2024 Manifesto, easily available from the Labour party website. Tells you what you need to know and 69% of those pledges are either completed or in progress. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
