I brought this up during his first administration. And he still hasn't figured it out. And there still isn't a single handler, colleague, family member, friend, child - no one in his circle apparently feels comfortable enough correcting him so he stops embarrassing himself.

SNAP is illegally on hiatus so it seems like there can't be SNAP violations because there aren't any SNAP paying customers.

Also fucking feed hungry people and watch your community do it's thing. you're not receiving SNAP funding rn anyway and look around. you think the program will survive them?

The USDA sent an email to grocery stores telling them they are prohibited from offering special discounts to customers affected by the SNAP funding lapse.
I'm aware of at least 2 stores that had offered struggling customers a discount, then withdrew it after receiving this email
