Judge Tanya Chutkan granted Jack Smith's motion to dismiss his appeal in the classified documents case against Donald Trump (without prejudice so he can refile when Donald leaves office).

MAGA folks are going to try to gaslight that the cases against Trump “fell apart” as opposed to the truth.
