I guess Silent Hill’s identity will be maintained by it’s core mechanical structure and visceral presentation moreso than any cohesion found in it’s narrative aspects, but maybe that should be expected since Silent Hill began cutting it’s core narrative identity thread-by-thread since the 2nd game

If Silent Hill f had less involved combat I’d be all over it, I just beat it and it’s most lasting impression is how annoying combat is by Silent Hill standards

Story, characters, presentation are all otherwise REALLY good, but I still don’t understand why it had to be a Silent Hill game though
