A major victory. A federal judge has ruled that ICE must stop targeting peaceful protesters and legal observers who are not suspected of any crimes.

A helpful reminder to my fellow Mainers (and all Americans) 👇
The statute of limitations for violations of federal law is 5 years.

Your photographs, videos, and livestreams can be used as evidence in future cases.

So while this Administration may not hold anyone accountable, a future Administration will.

I know Mainers are on edge and incredibly worried over possible increased ICE operations. I am too.

I’m in Minnesota, where tomorrow, I will attend a briefing to hopefully learn how we can prepare for—and protect our citizens from—any potential federal operations.

Wow! Yay! The Senate just rejected Trump’s proposed science cuts, voting 82–15 to boost funding for NOAA, NASA, and the NSF. The bill already passed the House 397–28. Strong bipartisan support for science still exists.

This is a direct violation of the Tenth Amendment and State Sovereignty.

Conditioning federal funds on states surrendering their constitutional authority is not “law and order.” It’s coercion—and the Supreme Court has repeatedly ruled it unconstitutional.

Kristi Noem has been a complete and total failure at her job. She has violated her oath and has allowed ICE agents to terrorize our communities.

That’s why I’m joining @robinkelly.house.gov in calling for her impeachment.

We deserve better, she’s gotta go.
