I know very little about DC continuity, but I like to believe that Darkseid just saw Metron one day and deduced (correctly) that that dude had it figured out. Find the perfect chair, and you'll never have to get up again.
I miss pre-Flashpoint Darkseid, back when he’d just break into people’s houses and try out their furniture.

It's rare for Metron to be so featured on a cover, but JK4W really gave the fans (me) what we want!
I just want to say a few extra things now that New Gods has wrapped up. Not putting this in the other thread bc it's more about personal experience.
I'm just so grateful for what this past year has been, and this comic has been a huge, HUGE factor.

Still thinking more about creativity. I've been on-again-off-again with art my whole life, never wanting to do it enough to have any real discipline. But today I really enjoyed sitting down and making something from nothing.

Really great interview. Can't help thinking on how some of these topics apply in my own life regarding creativity.
Many months ago, Ram hit me up to ask if I'd consider unretiring for one last thing.
I asked him what he had in mind.
He'd decided not to renew at DC, and said he wanted to step away from superheroes, as well as just monthly DM comics.
I thought it over.

Really great interview. Can't help thinking on how some of these topics apply in my own life regarding creativity.
I laughed because it's really like that sometimes
I think $35 might be too much for a chair that comes with metron.

Goodness it's been a while again. But my personal life stuff is settled in and the Halloween costuming efforts are complete. I spent all last week decompressing and doing some chores. And now it's now. Might not be back 100% right away, but whew here i am for now!

I finally scrolled back through all the latest mentions of Metron, yknow like a normal person. Godspeed to all the Star Trek fans not vibing with the handling of the Arena throwback. I don't go there, but to me those Metron are neighbors, distant relatives, ships passing in the night.
