Sparkfun vs Adafruit fight is still going

Can't say I have the full picture on this

This article from the Register has some information that lines up with information I found online, including Mastodon posts from a Sparkfun (ex?)employee admitting to creating a website to harass Adafruit.

We are stuck in a world where non-AI questions are one sentence long and provide no context

AND

Feels like 😭 and 😁 when someone on the Internet tells you "here's what AI is telling me" and "AI" is really just a search result for an article that you wrote.

The most useful thing AI has done was normalize clicking on the submit button and waiting 30 seconds for something to happen on the screen.

I grew up in Brazil in the 80s an 90s. Every FIFA World Cups (Copa) were the biggest and most anticipated moments of my childhood.

I made truly unforgettable memories during world cups (94 anyone?)

Yet, this kind of shit makes me not want to watch it anymore.

Pretty sure Raspberry Pi OS cloud-Init is skipping all the important modules and not really doing much.
December 5, 2025 at 12:43 PM
Has anyone been able to do something useful with Cloud-Init on the new version of Raspberry Pi OS?

I tried for the first time and log shows all Cloud-Init modules were skipped.
