Allan, our legal client, should be with his husband Matthew during this holiday season. Instead, he’s being kept in a NJ detention center.

Additionally, ICE is not giving Allan all of his prescribed medications at his scheduled times.

🛒The new version of Int.431-A would balance street vending incentives with enforcement which, among other benefits for street vendors, allows issuing licenses to bring existing vendors into the regulatory system.

The Protect Our Courts Act (POCA) helps people safely attend NY state & city courts without fearing an ICE arrest.

Although this is a victory for our communities, it's not applicable to federal courts. Immigrants attending their hearings at federal courts can still be subjected to ICE kidnappings.
