Husband was in ICU for weeks. Told him I always knew he'd pull through. Haven't told him about the outfit I bought or the song list I made for his funeral. They're in the back of my wardrobe in case the next time he parts company with his bike at seventy mph he's not so lucky.

The Wild thing is that some of my extended family just basically lost their entire internet everything because they're so heavily into the Amazon Prime ecosystem.
For the cost of a mid-range desktop you can self host everything the cloud currently does for you.
