In less than 2 weeks since not using meta, my daily screen time has reduced by over 2hrs, I’ve started doing pole again, finished 3 books I’ve neglected, connected to an incarcerated person via Black&Pink to be penpals, felt more present at work, and I don’t feel disconnected from friends at all… ✨
