bean salad: corn, garbanzo, cannelini, tzatziki, artichoke hearts, kale & lettuce mix, olive oil, red wine vinegar, dijon, garlic salt, pepper
pretty good. could definitely use fresh cucumber but I didn't have any. good use of the salad mix that was going bad tho.
