A few words with the Bulls head coach ahead of their return to rugby league's big time this evening...
🗣 "I knew at 17 years old I wanted to coach in Super League."

🐮 Most teenagers running around a rugby league pitch have dreams of playing in Super League. New Bradford boss Kurt Haggerty’s dream was to coach in it.

This week, we go back to 1997 for an episode of Channel 4 documentary series Cutting Edge which examined the seedy underbelly of the second-hand car trade 30 years ago.

Cut-and-shut cars! Clocking! Arthur Smith! Plus a man who the phrase "rogue trader was invented for.

A few things in the Strategic Review stand out, but the fact they need to specify the salary cap "should be policed" implies it isn't being policed - at least not in any effective way - at present...

A Honda S2000 im disguise as a Ford MKII Escort touring car and an actual Ford Taurus NASCAR which has somehow ended up in the UK feature on this week's podcast.

In a previous life, I - for some unfathomable reason - had a vote for Super League coach of the month.

We had to pick a first choice and a second choice - and no one cared if we revealed who we voted for.

The hand-wringing from HoF voters over this ludicrous decision is tragic and hillarious.
How close did Bill Belichick come to getting in the Hall of Fame? Buried in a column defending the deeply flawed voting process is the apparent answer: He missed it by only one vote.
Report: Bill Belichick fell one vote shy of Hall of Fame
