Organisations like Red Cross and Médecins Sans Frontières have a massive job ahead and need our money.

After months of intense violence, the announcement of the ceasefire brings relief to people in Gaza. Millions have hope of receiving aid.

The Red Cross is ready to scale up its aid efforts. This means we can hopefully provide much more aid in Gaza soon, to the millions of people affected by the violence. They urgently need food, water, and medical care.

For American English, yes. The primary pronunciation given for British English is /ˈprʌɪmə/ (PRIGH-muh), which is the same as in Australian English. (Not though, for New Zealand English.)
